Yes, of course! Tiz is a tool that enables you submit orders to all of your distributors. Your distributor is still responsible for inputting custom price information into your order just like normal, so all of your special pricing and deals will be honored.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it! We know how important it is to maintain your relationships with your reps, and how important reps are for product discovery, product education, and much more. Tiz lets you order easily from all of your reps, so the time you spend with them in person is more meaningful and less focused on administrative tasks. (Plus, reps love Tiz too!)

Yep! You can order from every distributor that is able to sell to your establishment. We have products from over 20 distributors on the platform, and we’re adding more every day.

We have over 30,000 products in our database, and we are constantly adding more as new products become available. If you don’t see something you want, you can add it instantly using our Create a Product feature, or you can send us an email and we’ll add it for you.

If you’re a bar, restaurant, hotel, music venue, or any other type of retailer with a liquor license, Tiz is completely free for you to use! Absolutely no catches. Crazy, right???

Nope! No credit card is required to create a Tiz account. All payment to your distributors occurs in the way you normally submit payment – whether that’s via check, Fintech, or other. In other words, keep doin’ what you’re doin’!

Well, we HOPE you do, because we know you’ll love it! But no, there’s absolutely no commitment required in order to use Tiz. Just like we don’t have to shop on Amazon if we don’t want to. But we do, ‘cuz it rocks! Once you create an account on Tiz, you can order as frequently or infrequently as you wish.

After you create an account, you’ll be prompted to complete your profile, which is basically adding contact information for a few of your distributors. Once a distributor’s contact information is in your account, you can start ordering from them!

We’ll also provide you with numerous options to help you get acquainted with the platform. You can view our detailed User Guide, speak with a live human, or send us a question via email at any time. We’re here to help!

Anyone responsible for placing alcohol orders should create a Tiz account. At your establishment, this could be the Owner/Operator, General Manager, Beverage Director, Bar Manager, Director of Operations, or something similar.

Great question…it doesn’t! You will continue to pay your distributors in the way your normally would, whether that be via check, Fintech, gold coins, etc.

It doesn’t. You will continue to receive your deliveries on your normal delivery day (per each distributor).

Yes! Anyone with a valid liquor license can use Tiz, and that includes off-premise retailers like grocery stores and liquor stores.
